Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change from time to time. The cancellation policy is as follows:
- If you cancel the application before April 1, 2022, Culver will retain your deposit. You will receive a refund of tuition paid.
- If you cancel from April 1, 2022, to April 30, 2022, Culver will retain the deposit and 25% of the remaining tuition.
- If you cancel from May 1, 2022, to June 17, 2022, Culver will retain the deposit and 50% of the remaining tuition.
- There is not a prorated fee per week for campers who leave camp early. The maximum refund for cancellations after camp begins will be up to 50% of the tuition. No refunds will be awarded after the 4th week of camp.
There is no cost reduction for late arrivals or early departures.
